Its fair to say though that the tranche 2 is a free kick for SI is it not. Yes you have to commit funds but IF the sp is below 15c all the SI's have to do is vote tranche 2 down and they get their dough back..... IF its multiples they will vote it through and collect the winnings. Wish someone would give me the opportunity to sit on the sidelines with the ability to veto tranche 2 if it turns to shat.
