not surprised, but if this is needed now y TF didn’t they accept over subscriptions which were available from 2 raises just completed in the last few months? I guess the benefit is this raise will likely be at a slightly higher price (surely???) but it’s looking a bit like a clown car right now, especially given how many times they’ve said they’re “fully funded” for the next well
