Not sure how you came to that conclusion?
To my knowledge the AGM has not been called yet. That requires 30 days notice.
In a month we should be in to Upper A IMO from spud......when ever that happens.
Its always possible that the reason for the CR so close to spud, I'm tipping we will spud whilst halted, is because SM has some major stuff to announce along with a webinar.......I live in hope.
An immediate flow test would be nice start.
