    He controls the business from Malaysia. If he is down, what will be his role in the company?
    If the administration gets in, what happens to his shares?
    ASIC should still consider fining 3million including 300000 to cover the feels ASIC spent over the years. Out of the 3million, SHs should receive special dividend or similar due to prolonged suffering from the downturn. This guy made millions, where he did not share anything with the SHs.
