    A director resigning without warning on the same day a trading halt is called for a CR is not exactly making me think this is going to be good news. The recent SP weakness and CEO resignation add to the worry.

    On the other hand the resignations could be due to JAY having a major cornerstone investor lined up and them wanting board seat(s).
