Fair call, then on balance I would have to go with it being a yes.
I would think it a strange way to operate for the FDA to leave it until the approval date to suddenly raise product quality or clinical issues after having had opportunity at the mid-cycle review....but I guess weirder things happen...Might be a mixed bag announcement...
