What if those FDA communications were "We've made our decision, and we will be emailing it to you on 26 Sep (US time), as per our published timeline". It would be remiss of BOT to not ask for a Trading Halt if they know somebody else knows what the decision is (i.e. the FDA). Yet BOT themselves don't necessarily know what the decision is at this point.
