Well yeah I think could be any scenario that means the trading of securities is compromised. This is what it says under 2.1...
"there could be a false or disorderly market".
In fact if you consider a few days ago the ASX issued a speeding ticket to BOT, this would have strengthened the case to the ASX that BOT securities would be affected ands o they granted a TH.
It is the most boring scenario but probably most likely.
