Of course. Known product in use in Japan (and a demonstrated growing market), Phase 3 trials showing little to zero adverse affects but positive outcomes for use, no issues at mid year review, experienced management team who have already taken something like 35 products through the FDA process (so you'd think these guys know how it works and what's required). It's all been discussed here before and I think most people expect approval. We just need that fat lady to launch a note!
