I usually get the FDA roundup email anywhere from 6-8am aest. Generally received Saturday & Wednesday.
But fda website should be updated sooner than the email. But in saying that, the fda wheels can turn slowly for some.
Although in the BOT case, such a timeframe fits perfectly for a Wednesday morning (Tuesday arvo US) announcement.
