    Time for tight share registry at TMT to come together and get a good deal. The offer has to be decent or it will get voted down, will likely need 75% of the shares to vote in favour and 50% of the shareholders. That wont be easy if the offer is insulting and RCF should know this.

    Be an interesting couple months ahead.
