    Electrolyte plant several years ahead of the actual ore.
    massive holes in the BFS,ludicrous price assumptions to save it from being a complete embarrassment, offsite processing that was never going to work. experimental 'proprietery' tech required just to get value from the ore..

    TMT acquisition saves AVL's butt, not the other way around..
