AVL is only getting upside from this deal, sure we are issuing more shares but look what avl holders are getting, we just merged with our competitor and took over alot of what tmt had and own 100% of TMT's shares on issue. To sit there and say we just got diluted to the tunes of billions and look at it as a bad thing shows ur lack of knowledge. This dilution is in positive light and is strategic and AVL will benefit from it in the years to come.
