given the range of suppliers of this valuable product already, the delay may have to do with negotiations.
Hank is mighty ambitious imo and I haven't heard of this product under the 3DA banner previously..... so I'm guessing he may be haggling for some deal that boosts the grants with some org or company to specifically supply the product.
well another days wait. a delay might suggest this will be good news
