    There are usually get out of jail clauses. I remember one CR on the ASX where there was a clause about terrorism, and some small terrorist incident happened overseas. The underwriter used that lame excuse to avoid paying up. But I would be surprised if Roth can't find $14m from punters in America, which is the wealthiest country in the world. It's a tiny amount. And we know that blood pressure companies have a history of running hard in the USA. Also, Craig has had years to drum up interest.
