CDX: Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, CardieX Limited (ASX:CDX) (CardieX or the Company) requests an

immediate trading halt in the Company’s securities pending an announcement relating to each of the

following: a corporate update, an update as to the Company’s F-1 lodgment with the SEC, and an

announcement relating to the Company’s general capital raising activities.

CardieX Limited anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before Thursday, 28 September 2023,

or following the provision of all three announcements to the ASX, whichever occurs sooner.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
