    I really wonder about the news embargo. The ASX should have priority over anything to do with the IPO. They would have to keep the ASX informed first.
    Also, every IPO I've been involved with has had a sales pitched attached. Either way, they need to really start keeping share holders informed better than they have managed. amwatchingyou has been spot on regarding governance.
