I Hated the idea of a US listing, always ends badly, I was going to sell but Craig indicated that pulse would launch before the listing (ie Sept.) or at least in conjunction. By the time it was announced that they needed the funds to launch the share had already crashed. My bad for not following my first instincts.
the trading halt iterated an update to the cap raise, I'm hoping its not just waffle associated about poor markets and a delay. It needs to be a concrete plan.
Dates, amounts and method. Also, the launch date needs to be announced. If its pending a raise then exactly how long after the raise is completed, a week, a month .... Not more promises, he's the ceo of a listed company and a very good salary and needs to step up. An apology would be nice too, a clear admission he got it wrong so we don't have to endure this sort of thing again. I'd also like some input from the board about their due diligence going forward.
