Agreed the wording is a little clumsy but don't think you can read to much into that.
Looks a pretty functionary list, not leaning one way or the other.
Worse case scenario is they are having trouble raising the required capital.
Best case, some information on outstanding funds received from canceled contract and a signal IPO proceeding well.
The F-1 could be delayed pending the finalization of the IPO.
If they are struggling to raise the funds Craig is going to have some serious explaining to do.
At the moment I'll keep my half glass full outlook.
