If this fails, CDX has to get cashflows in order.
Knew it was risky getting in pre IPO, thought they'd make it happen though. If it fails, due to what appears mixed incentives I think Craig needs to step aside and get someone in on a reasonable remuneration with share based incentives aligned with holders. Current remuneration structure is crook.
If there's no silver lining when it trades again, will be bottom drawer for a while I'd say.
