Looking at the 30 June balance sheet this company has delayed making payments. They also need to pay a coupon on the notes ... to themselves!
So without a new funder almost immediately the directors probably have no other alternative than to tip the company into administration to avoid trading insolvent and risking personal liability. All speculation from me at the moment but looking increasingly likely in my opinion ....
