@StealthInvest not to rub your face in this one, but an underwritten IPO is only as good as the clauses within. A good lesson for those that don't have experience with them.

So 'lol - the IPO is underwritten' is technically true it doesn't really matter, as @AmWatchingYou alludes to.

This one hurts to be frank. Well done to those that called the ship steering into the mountains long before it did. There were many red flags along the way; I suppose a lesson for us all here is improving when to identify/react said red flags. This is also a good example of a company having excellent IP -- and potentially a good story -- and this not being anywhere near enough in this day and age. Access to capital is obviously important, but as others have indicated, governance has been a real issue here and quite frankly management have absolutely bunged this. They have constantly sold investors of 'interest' in the US, and hence the NASDAQ application, but this is a nail in the cotton that investors didnt even want to cough up 20m for this business. This is church change to many and representative that perhaps the tech and story isn't as good as Cooper has been suggesting.
