I have both of the Two Trades “IMU/DRE in my Portfolio.
I don’t believe in some 7+years whilst on HC that I have ever gone into another Forum to intentionally discuss a poster’s comments.
I have tried hard to keep any replies to the trade that we are discussing.
I see lots of posters who float between one Forum to another where they are wanting to bait another poster because of comments on their Forum- Get even process.
I have never agreed with applying this tactic- I have no problem with a Non Holder who visits a Particular Forum just as long as they don’t want to disrupt that Forum-that is when I like to reply to them by calling them out whereby it’s normally closed down by HC
I prefer to discuss a trade on their Forum only.
In any event I am not into visiting the NHs Forum just to give pay back - it’s not me but advice it is plenty of others game.
I am heavily committed to Dre and believe in its future JMVs
