My guess is a bit of we need money for wages so cap raise and we liked what we saw of the available core and are almost certain to proceed so will need money. Also a good cover story for raising money for our wages.
I'm kind of stuck on the entity they are acquiring. The company was only established in June this year in Australia. Suddenly acquires land in Canada. And gets sold in 3 months. Something odd
