It doesn't actually restrict them from doing a global deal. Just that they can limit a license by georgraphy and I think this is more likely to be a regional deal based on what the company has said in respect of the proposals received.
But I think it is likely to be bigger than FSGS alone as there are inherent problems in trying to limit the license by indication.
