One of two knocks on DXB (the other being the botching of the DKD PhII study) was that they have never done a deal and there was no confidence that they would ever do a deal, hence DXB has been massively undervalued for ages. We all knew a biotech with a Phase III study underway should be worth well over $100m.
This changes that.
Also, anyone else find it interesting that a deal has been done before interim results.
Anyway this is all nice news but its still a hold for me until we see DKD into Phase III.
