IF FBR eventually becomes successful, and in my mind it's a massive IF, it will be by accident rather than design. They need to recognise that their expertise is in technical design and bring in commercially astute business knowledge. Sadly this won't happen while the majority shareholder is running the company and happy to continue to tinker with the product for the next few years...Probably the best thing that can happen from here is that a new player enters the market with a compelling competitive proposition - this might light a fire under them and get them focused on delivering shareholder value at pace .
