They have been in disucssions for a long time and if anyone was close to doing a deal based on these results then they would be ready. But it wont happen because in disucssion means only that. Every now and then have a chat to remind interested parties that PAA are still going.
so yes Jose it can work this fast as the TH gives time for the VM to confirm what they have been told has been progressing. Paa announce results then announce a deal.
