We need to check the Company constitution. It's likely they will need shareholder approval. Its majority owned by Australian Shareholders so they must have had discussions with key shareholders. If I read things right, they need to give one months' notice. I think they have timed this for the announcements and perhaps GBM agile. So the deal to agree to transfer if they need SH agreement will be an attractive one. But I'm no expert in this.
