Personally I think this is good news as the Nasdaq is more liquid and the consolidation should also reduce administration and reporting requirements for tge company leading to hopefully lower overhead costs and more cash funding the studies underway.

Even the Nasdaq volume has been relatively lower over the last while and coincidentally it was a little on the high side this past Tuesday. Makes you wonder some institutions knew something may be happening and likely did not exactly what and created some larger trades that day to manage their risk which drove the price under $1.

The timing of this move I look at it positive as we are expecting GBM agile results and this move may help if we get positive results which will help in raising some “measured” cash on the larger NASDAQ mkt to put together a NDA. I hope they only raise short term needs at this depressed stock price. Hoping this will come true.
