Not surpised they have been planning this for a year at least. I emailed them they didn't deny it which is the same as admitting it but of course they can't tell me something like that without informing the market.
Its a stupid move the best chance of survival is Australia. Their biggest investors are all here. The dumbest thing they can do is move into a more competitive market. I told them this. I've had a few companies do this and it doesn't work out mostly. One kind of did AXON.
