Thank you for that. Besides noting that Bennett and Molyviatis are small shareholders (in their own name) and directors I still see no reference that Pangea are financing the company.

It is conceivable of course that Incor are about to do a financing and need funds, hence selling down Molyviatis’ shareholding in Pangea and Besra which I imagine is the only liquid asset of Pangea. There is nothing on the internet about Bennett’s Pangea. There are plenty of other Pangeas but Bennett’s remains somewhat of a mystery.

So it plausible that ronme is on to something though there is no direct proof and so it remains an (interesting) conjecture.
