Regarding the 30% limit i think that is why some have referenced the company being registered in canada. I may be wrong but i dont think the 30% rule applies. Not sure how that affects the quantum deal as one of tge conditions is change in ownership i believe. I wonder if quantum can nix their own deal by changing their level of ownership?
