Just my guess. I have no basis for this other than a guestimate.

Amend the funding agreement to allow BEZ to use the USD money to buy back and cancel all the shares coming out of escrow on Sunday 8^th of October. But not touch the directors call options.

53mio shares at AUD 20c equals about AUD $10.6mio. Convert to USD at 0.64c equals USD 6.78 mio.

Use this month’s USD 10mio to pay out all and cancel the 53mio shares at a cost of USD 6.78mio.

If its only Pangea’s 40mio shares the cost would be AUD 8mio or USD 5.12mio cost of the USD10mio they are getting.

I will add in that I don't think you get 2 Quantum people joining the board to say were not giving the money. You get two Quantum people joining and help solving any outstanding issues to progress BEZ towards gold production. I am thinking positive here that they have come up with a solution.
