    This should be a positive one. Most probably something modification to deal with JB's shares. I checked previous Trading halt language ---they seem like to use the word "concerning" instead of "regarding". It's the style of the guy who writes the ANN.

    Or it could simply be the confirmation of first 10M receipt.
