You don’t seem to much idea as to what is going on either.
My bet from last week is still open on your claim of only $500K to be raised from the retail offer, as stated i will give you 100% margin making it $1mln? You still havent taken it? Why? If everything is a bad as you say you will be a shoe in, or are you afraid you will lose and be proven wrong again?
And don’t reply with that nonsense of enforceability, stick to your word.
