I am serious too on my thoughts...I could be wrong..but I like thinking outside the box...lol

and I know the announcement doesn't say material CR..

If it was insto's and sophisticated investor the announcement would of been over and done with by now...IMO

we are so close in drilling our first 2 production wells at 8.8% Helium, I believe the BOD have been speaking to plenty of Major Helium consumers about having a major shareholdering position ( in a first bite at the cheery so to speak ) in BNL Helium ,
so if we hit the sweet spot so to speak and we are on the money....lol...then our share price goes up substantially and so does the investor's investment ...therefore the investor will be in a brilliant position to be able to pay Premium Prices for our 99.99.9995 Helium..like $5,000/mcf...lol..
(by the way i think those 9's look good don't you....lol)
(your eighths look good too ...8.88.888, but you are missing an 8..lol )

So believe this Capital Raising is a strategic CR ....My views only DYOR...I actually this tagline...thanks..
