I’m pretty sure listing rules stipulate the max discount that is allowable by ASX…I’m sure our BoD and whoever is running the book know that so we must be right on the limit of maximum allowable discount.
At least there are no free options with it by the sounds of things otherwise we would end up sub 2c.
Surprised about the SPP I wouldn’t have thought it was worth the cost and hassle for the sake of raising $2m from us peasants….especially when the company are supposed to have much more pressing priority work at voyager…anyway fair play if they are doing an SPP but the time it takes with issuing. prospectus and then all the other clunking around that comes with an SPP will likely mean the SP is subdued for longer. And I know this comes across as they can’t win either way
