With due acknowledgement to any degree of circumspection one might wish to guard their expectations with, big pharma are selling just about every major drug brand you can imagine in China. Don't discount all those people who want the real thing, rather than settle for a domestic imitation. They have the money and will/do pay, and in vast numbers.
