Great article, thanks for posting.
The first sentence says 'Paradigm's success is highly dependent on their exclusive supply agreement with BPC', and 'no other pharma group may reference the DMF in a future submission without BPC approval.'
The first sentence implies that it's Bene that hold the keys to the Castle, not Paradigm. Does 'highly dependent' mean "locked in watertight"? Also, I seem to recall that the exclusive agreement applies to some territories, but not worldwide. And if/when this is finally approved, what if Bene give permission to another Pharma to reference the DMF?
To put it another way, is there a chance that PAR do all this work, get it to approval, but somehow get shafted just before the winning post?
(I appreciate your attention is much more likely to be taken with the DMOAD announcement that's about to drop!)
