Yep I prob wont be able to give you a comprehensive answer and my thoughts for a bit (like 2 days ahah)...but in short, yeah it is a bit of a two way street, a partnership, the trust level is high...real high. But we can look at their relationship (Bene's) and J&J, intact for more than a decade no squabbles..no other co's trying to muscle in...well none that have occurred, Im sure there are some trying...

Bene are focused on manufacturing, they are incredibly loyal...70 plus years of expertise...the relationship with PR and PAR is watertight and sealed for 25 yrs. I don't rate a leakage. Understood maybe it is prudent to factor something in...but we will ave a decent window once we are approved.
