I'm hoping that it is significantly more than the $2M raised last time. $5M would be good as it would give them about 12 months at the current burn rate but it does represent a substantial dilution (current MC about $20M). It might be difficult to get that amount without throwing in some options or otherwise selling their souls to get that over the line. All IMO and DYOR.
