Just my guess. Not much science behind it but I've noticed that other companies cut out the retail component when they start getting desperate. I think retail is more expensive / difficult to organise and doesn't generate much anyway. Hard to get much buy in from existing holders when the SP has been declining for so long. All IMO and DYOR
