Wondering what is going to happen with the Directors who have given themselves exclusive access to buy off market through this CR at .021 (a 20%-30%) and how it will be interpreted in light of the knowledge of an impending market sensitive Fuji deal. based on their announcements to date about Fuji i expect they know the parameters of the negotiations and the magnitude of the offer on the table.
if the share price does spike following a Fuji deal announcement (that we hope happens soon), will their off- market purchase at .021 be approved by Shareholders? i suggest the optics on this not great despite the underlying message that the Directors are actively invested in the company through this share purchase.
hopefully an amazing deal is announced that makes this so immaterial that we all move on. so hard to make an informed decision right now! the existing Fuji deal about to expire- tick tock!
