So it seems, Fuji deal is not going to be announced anytime soon. Without that there is cash burn of around $1.2m per quarter. I think management should be looking to merger with some bigger brand if possible. Fuji would have been a obvious choice but it seems it is too small fish for them and product is not fundamental or strategic to them. Happy to be wrong about all this.
