that is what i keep thinking smsman. they are acting like they are confident. they said they were very confident of a Fuji deal. they are only
doing short term small CRs, the Directors are buying shares, they are announcing new global customers.....

i suspect Fuji threw them a curveball knowing BCT would be out of cash shortly and had informed the market of an impending deal and so they negotiated hard for a very favourable deal for themselves. (classic big multinational play!). And so as not to be in such a weak position BCT had to do a CR at the lower SP price. perhaps the FUJi deal will be so fantastic the SP will jump much higher and they will do another raise with an SPP? it is a smarter play to raise at a higher SP and not dilute existing shareholder value (stating the obvious) . And maybe with a bigger raise they are ready to market aggressively and push for much faster growth.
