I would be extremely shocked after the wording in the last couple of updates (excluding most recent) if we ended up walking away from the Fuji negotiations empty handed.
"Extremely confident in finalising a long-term agreement" I believe were the words - or to that effect... Wouldn't be able to trust a word from Iain or Andrew's mouth/hand again.
