Was able to catch wind of the terms late last night.
I think management should get a performance cash bonus of $80k each for raising such cheap shares with free extremely low strike rate options. I'm sure the sophs and significant holders that are participating will vote for such ridiculousness.
Management can't seem to make most SH happy, so they are making the rich happy to keep the money flowing and keep their salaries...
My sentiment has changed very much to a sell after hearing the terms. Straight out no respect to existing holders imho.
