Sad thing is there are always these risks. BoD and TG know that better than any. That is why they are on board. Ive love these threads, made nore money than I could ever have imagined. Got really spooked and sort advice. Made decision to sell for only reason I didn't want to hang around for 6 mths waiting for deal to close and collect $3. Took $3 off. I got kucky it looks. Crazy thing here is on here blinded views would have made people act, not act. People bought at $3.05, I feel for them.
The BoD and TG were going to accept this offer cause they know $3 was premium price. This will touch $1.50 before any Li is dug out.
