    The deal took too long to close...the valuations are valid as long as others are will to pay that price, I cant see anyone knocking down the door atm. I hope this isn't a stich up to get this for peanuts, I see the company in a vulnerable position atm. Couple of stiff drinks needed watching the screens today..glta
